Affordable rates for the area.
The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. The cleanliness was subpar, with stains on towels and a lingering bad odor in the bathroom. Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and I couldn't rely on basic amenities like breakfast being prepared.

I greatly enjoyed the place, it was immaculately clean & the stuff where helpful and very amiable. The room was well-organised, brand-new, with comfortable beds.

Inexpensive room, spacious room, with a Keurig coffee maker and a tv, conveniently located near Bradley International Airport to easily explore the area.

It was a such great stay, absolutely great place. Everything was good during 3 days, thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous and comfortable location near to trucks as well as different areas. Everybody was courteous.

A hidden gem or a disaster?
The exterior of the hotel was inviting, and we appreciated the good location near the highway. The staff tried their best to assist us, despite the issues.
Sadly, our room was dirty, with trash on the floor and dirty linens.

The vibe here was family! The room was perfectly clean and attractive, included iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent, and the private parking was available.

The room I stayed in was clean and equipped with a comfortable Queen bed. I also appreciated the convenient location, easy to access nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good selection, great for a great start to my day, unlike other stays where options were limited.
The service from the management was disappointing, leaving a negative impression on my overall experience.
